Well I still haven't got around to posting about all the good foods that I've come accross during my "health tavels," but this one i just have to share with you. I picked up some Diet Arizona Peach Ice Tea (made with Spenda!) and WOW this stuff tastes great, I mean there is nothing diet about this taste and it's 0 calories...Here is the RDA on it.

Hehehehe, ummmmm...well...you seee....No it's not caffiene free, at least I don't think it is because it doesn't say anywhere on the packaging. Well I decided to cut back quite a bit though, Cath. In all honesty I just haven't really made an effort to cut-it-out just yet is the main reason. ;o)

Nothing is wrong with caffeine. Kelly & I just had a talk about it recently. I said drink stuf with caffiene in moderation, he mentioned cutting it out completely. Good to see that you're listening to my suggestions! ;)

Well what can I say, I love the stuff! LOL Mostly it's "my cup of coffee" in the morning. ;o) I agree with you Moni and Piojo, unsweetened tea is my favorite. And those of you who have had lunch or dinner with me would know, I often judge a place by how good their tea is - Hehehe, if it sucks fat chance of me going back! ;o)
